Refund policy

We offer exchanges only under the conditions outlined below. Refunds are not provided.

Exchange Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange only in case of a sizing issue.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange request, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Size received

  • Size required

Approved exchanges must be sent to the following address:

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Shipping

  • Once approved, exchange instructions will be shared

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nouraleatelier@gmail.com with clear images so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or altered pieces

  • Gift cards


No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Approved cases will be handled only through size exchange.

Orders are processed within 15 working days before dispatch.
